Evanston Civic Fest [ Girls Who Lead Campus Tour ]

Her Rising Initiative is taking Girls Who Lead on the road this fall for a four-city campus tour bringing together hundreds of college students, community leaders, changemakers, brands, and some very special guests.

We’re creating the kind of civic event we wish existed on every college campus: inspiring conversations with women making change, practical workshops that teach you how to actually get involved, opportunities to register to vote and take action, community organizations to connect with, plus brand pop-ups, giveaways, food, networking, and plenty of moments to meet new people.

Whether you already know you want to work in politics, have never thought about public service before, or just want to meet ambitious women doing cool things, there’s a place for you here.

We’re bringing Girls Who Lead home to Evanston for a day centered around community, leadership and what it looks like to create change locally.

Open to high school and college students across the greater Evanston community will come together with civic leaders and organizations for conversations around public service, policy and building stronger communities.
