About this Event
On Tuesday, September 22, New York Times bestselling author Evan Barker joins The Right Book Club at Palm House for a candid conversation about Nothing Left: Confessions of a Democratic Operative, her firsthand account of the campaigns, the personalities, and the party culture that eventually made her question everything she'd worked for.
About Evan
Evan Barker had a front-row seat to the messaging, the machinery, and the people shaping the modern Democratic Party. What she saw there changed her mind about the party, its priorities, and its relationship with voters. She's coming to Palm Beach to tell us what happened and why she walked away.
About the Book
Nothing Left is part memoir, part political reckoning. Barker takes readers inside the rooms most voters never see: the campaigns, the conversations, and the culture that pushed her from true believer to sharp critic. It's personal, it's revealing, and it's a rare insider view of one of the most divided moments in modern American politics.
The Evening
This is not a lecture. Expect an intimate conversation, open Q&A, and a room full of people who want to talk about it afterward. Evan will be signing books and taking photos, so bring your copy.
