Join us as we walk through how pressure canning works, including each step involved in safely canning vegetables, meats and seafood. Includes free pressure canner dial gauge test – bring your canner lid or just the dial gauge if you have one. Get hands-on experience canning protein like beans and chicken with the Lane County Master Food Preservers. Take your canned food home with you at the end of the session.
