Du 1er - 31 octobre 2026À l’occasion de Parcours Bijoux , la Galerie Sophie…etc ! présente ESTUAIRE, une exposition réunissant trois artistes bijoutières québécoises.
Inspirées par le fleuve Saint-Laurent, ses marées, ses glaces, ses rivages et les fragments qu’il charrie, Catherine Sheedy, Kathy Ouellette et Catherine Granche développent trois pratiques singulières où céramique, métaux et éléments récoltés se rencontrent.
Entre fleuve et mer, l’estuaire devient le territoire symbolique de cette exposition : un lieu de rencontre, de transformation et de passage.

As part of Parcours Bijoux, Galerie Sophie…etc ! presents ESTUAIRE, an exhibition bringing together three Québec artists.
The vast expanse of water that crosses Québec, the St. Lawrence River is an integral part of their daily lives, as well as a source of inspiration for their creative practices.
Inspired by the St. Lawrence River, its tides, drifting ice, shores and the fragments it carries, @catherinesheedy, Kathy Ouellette and Catherine Granche develop three distinct practices where ceramics, metals and collected elements come together.
Between river and sea, the estuary becomes the symbolic territory of the exhibition: a place of encounter, transformation and passage.

A talk by Catherine Sheedy, followed by a conversation with all three artists about their practices, inspirations and relationship to the land.
