About this Event
Bluegrass Care Navigators is proud to present our free Community Lunch & Learn Series, designed to provide trusted education and practical resources for older adults, caregivers, and families.
Planning for the future is one of the greatest gifts you can give the people you love.
Many people assume estate planning is only for the wealthy, but everyone can benefit from having the right legal documents in place. Whether you're planning for yourself, caring for aging parents, or simply want peace of mind, this free Lunch & Learn will help you understand the essentials of protecting your wishes and your family.
Join a local elder law attorney as they discuss:
- The difference between a will and a trust
- Powers of attorney for healthcare and finances
- Living wills and advance directives
- How to avoid common estate planning mistakes
- Ways to protect your assets and loved ones
- When it's time to update your estate plan
You'll leave with a clearer understanding of the legal tools available, practical next steps, and the confidence to begin planning for the future.
A complimentary lunch will be provided. Seating is limited, so registration is encouraged.
Bluegrass Care Navigators is honored to serve our community through free educational programs that empower individuals and families to navigate aging with confidence.
