Join the Mission Trails Regional Park Foundation (MTRP Foundation) for a free virtual Estate Planning 101 presentation with Amanda-Dawn Natalia, Esq., a California-licensed business and estate attorney with more than 15 years of experience.
This is a live online event held via Zoom. Amanda-Dawn will cover the basics of estate planning and give participants an opportunity to ask questions from home.
Amanda-Dawn will discuss:
• What probate is and how estate planning can help
• Wills and trusts
• Powers of attorney
• Health care planning documents
• What belongs in an estate plan
• When estate plans should be reviewed or updated
• How to begin the estate planning process
Amanda-Dawn also has a personal connection to Mission Trails. As an East County resident, she has spent time exploring the park and describes it as a place that is “near and dear” to her. She values having such an extraordinary natural space accessible to the surrounding community and is passionate about supporting its continued preservation. She is also a certified California Naturalist, bringing an added appreciation for the natural landscapes and habitats that make Mission Trails so special.
