Join Calgary Legal Guidance (CLG) and the Women’s Centre of Calgary for Estate Documents 101, an informative elder law workshop covering the three key estate planning documents everyone should understand:
- Will
- Personal Directive
- Enduring Power of Attorney
During this session, participants will learn:
- The purpose and basic information behind each document
- What can happen if these documents are not in place
- Why choosing the right person to act on your behalf is important
- How proper estate planning can help reduce the risk of future elder abuse
- Resources available to help individuals complete their estate documents
This workshop is designed to provide practical, easy-to-understand information to help participants feel more informed and confident about planning ahead.
The workshop is free and open to the community. Registration is required.
