Justin Langlois is an Early Years Strategy Specialist with the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, bringing over a decade of experience from the classroom floor to systems-level leadership. He helps educators slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the heart of their work.
Nadine Ladouceur is the Program Manager of Inclusion Services with the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, bringing over 25 years of experience supporting children, educators, and families across roles as an educator, supervisor, director of pedagogy, and resource consultant.
