Essential Oils WorkshopSarah Bloat will be back by popular demand to run an essential oil workshop on why essential oils and keeping the colds and bugs at bay play a duel role during our winter months and beyond.
There will be an extra cost of £5 per head to cover the cost of the essential oils and roller ball.
We will be guided by Sarah's knowledge in making our own special weapon against coughs and colds.
Sarah will be using Doterra oils and openly expresses why she thinks these are what she has found to be a superior essential oils brand to use. The workshop will also offer options for the roller balls to be made for the use for aches and pains or relaxation. I know the room will smell beautifully.
