Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing in our workshop designed to help you consciously connect with your emotions and intuition while creating a personalized self-love blend using natural essences. This unique experience is rooted in the principles of aromatherapy, where you will explore a variety of scents that resonate deeply with your individual emotional landscape.
Throughout the workshop, you will engage in guided discussions and activities that facilitate a deeper understanding of how scents can influence your mood, feelings, and overall well-being. You will discover benefits of essential oils, gaining insight into how each aroma carries its own unique properties that can support various aspects of emotional health.
As you delve into this aromatic adventure, you will be encouraged to reflect on your current emotional state and intuition, allowing you to select the essences that best align with your personal journey. With hands-on blending sessions, you will step into the role of alchemist, crafting a face-body oil tailored specifically to your needs, desires, and intentions. This blend is more than just an oil; it symbolizes your commitment to self-love and self-care.
It will also incorporate mindfulness practices, guided meditations, an Oracle of Essences reading and self-connection with chakras, fostering a holistic approach to well-being that promotes deep self-awareness. By the end of the experience, not only will you walk away with a beautiful, personalized oil, but you will also carry with you newfound tools for nurturing your emotional well-being. Join us for this enriching workshop and take this empowering step toward embracing self-love and healing through the art of aromatherapy and intuitive creation.
Please bring a pen, use whatever makes you comfortable as we will be working sitting on cushions on the floor, and bring what you need to stay hydrated. We're waiting for you with excitement to explore something new!
