Are you trying to make delicious espresso at home but don't know where to start? Are you thinking about buying an espresso machine but want to learn more first? Do you want to know how baristas make your coffee taste and look so good? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this class is for you!
In this class we will learn about how espresso machines work, the variables that impact espresso brewing/extraction, and how to clean and maintain espresso equipment. We will also introduce steaming milk and latte art. Everyone will get a chance to pull shots and make their own drinks.
