Espresso & Milk 101: A Hands-On Coffee Education Experience
Join us at Equator Coffees’ Roastery in San Rafael for an interactive class designed for home baristas looking to level up their espresso game. Whether you're getting to know your new machine or fine-tuning your technique, this session will help you craft cafe-quality espresso at home.
You’ll learn:
☕ How to “dial in” your espresso for the perfect shot
🥛 Techniques for steaming silky, smooth milk
🔬 The difference between espresso blends as we experiment with two unique coffees
With hands-on practice using both a professional La Marzocco espresso machine and a Breville home setup, you’ll leave feeling more confident behind your own coffee bar. Plus, you’ll take home a bag of your favorite Equator espresso to keep the learning going.
