Community Table spotlights vibrant cultures through the lens of celebrated culinary talent, bringing people together around a single communal table for an unforgettable evening of food and impact.
For this edition, we are bringing the bold, rustic warmth of Northern Mexico’s live-fire kitchens to life—and every single ticket directly supports St. Mary’s Food Bank, turning a night of extraordinary dining into thousands of meals for local families in need.
The Culinary Lineup
- Chef Roberto Centeno – Food Network Chopped Champion, four-time James Beard nominee, and co-owner of Espíritu and Main Burgers. Known for pairing refined French techniques with fiery, unapologetic Mexican flavor.
- Armando Hernandez & Nadia Holguin – James Beard-nominated culinary powerhouses and the husband-and-wife team behind Tacos Chiwas, Cocina Chiwas, Aruma Café, Espíritu, and Main Burgers.
