528Hz aligns well with the heart chakra. Modern studies have shown that this frequency softens the heart and mind. Listening for more than ten minutes often helps one settle in, and quiet the mind long enough for clarity to rise. This will be held outside in the Center Nursery area. Feel free to bring in whatever helps you to get and be comfortable. Yoga mat, blanket, lawn chair. The event will be taking place during Cactus Joe's business hours, so it's very relaxed and low key. If you've never attended a sound bath before, this is a great opportunity to show up and experience this music without any expectations of how to participate.
