When a client arrives at our office, they are welcomed into a professional environment designed to make the process simple and stress-free. Clients may walk in during business hours or schedule an appointment for a specific time. While appointments are recommended, they are not required. All mobile, estate planning notarizations and provided witnesses are by appointment only.
Upon arrival, clients are greeted by a member of our team and complete a brief intake process so we can determine what services are needed. We verify identification, review the documents presented, and determine the appropriate notarial act required under Florida law.

For clients who cannot visit during normal office hours, we offer after-hours appointments beginning at 7:00 PM daily. Mobile appointments may also be available when scheduled in advance. Additional fees may apply for these services.

We are closed for lunch Tuesday- Friday 11:00-12:00 daily.
