About this Event
2026 in Review: A Guided Reflection Workshop | Madrid 🇪🇸
Before we look ahead to 2027, let's take a moment to appreciate how far we've come.
As the year draws to a close, we invite you to join the Erickson community in Madrid for an evening of reflection, meaningful conversations, and connection.
Hosted by Henrieete Korup and Frances Litten, this guided workshop is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reflect on your journey through 2026.
What challenged you this year? How did you respond? What have you learned about yourself, and who have you become along the way?
Together, we'll create space to acknowledge our growth, appreciate the experiences that shaped us, and consider how we'd like to close this year and begin the next.
What to Expect
Through a combination of individual reflection and shared experiences, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Recognize your growth: Reflect on the ways you've grown throughout 2026, the challenges you've navigated, and the strengths you've discovered along the way.
- Take time for yourself: Enjoy a short self-reflection exercise and guided activities that help you look back on your year with fresh perspectives.
- Connect and share: Join a welcoming, supportive space where you can exchange insights and experiences with others. Sharing is always optional.
- Look ahead with intention: Consider how you want to finish 2026 and what you'd like to bring into 2027.
This is a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy thoughtful conversations with people who share an interest in personal and professional growth.
