Washington, DC singer/songwriter and bassist Eric Scott brings his acclaimed Modern Soul sound to the stage with the Eric Scott Trio.
An 18-time Wammie Award winner, Scott has toured internationally and performed with artists including B.B. King, Mavis Staples, Aaron Neville, REO Speedwagon, and Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters. His original music has appeared on major television networks and in film, while his powerful, gospel-infused voice has been featured in national advertising campaigns.
The Trio celebrates Scott’s newest release: 10 original songs that blend irresistible pop hooks with contemporary R&B, deep funk, rock, blues, and soul. Expect sharp songwriting, big grooves, heartfelt vocals, and music that is upbeat, socially aware, and deeply personal.
