Eres Magia Reiki + Soundbath
Tap into your inner magic this Sunday at 9 am in Fairmount park with some journaling, reiki and a Soundbath.
Things may feel uncertain at the moment, your mind may feel foggy, there’s chaos all around us blocking you from tapping into your inner magic.
Journaling allows you to release and express your thoughts, emotions, desires, and intentions where you can exist freely, without judgment or limitation. It is simply you, your inner world, and the permission to be fully honest.
And it is not only for release. Journaling is just as powerful when it comes to expansion. It allows you to explore your desires, amplify your gratitude, and connect more deeply with the version of yourself you are becoming. It becomes a quiet ritual of self-connection, where both your softness and your strength are fully seen.
We’ll begin with some journaling prompt questions followed with a Soundbath and Reiki with a scale of $11-$44
