Equity Alliance Committee (MLR) of the MCCEA, along with NJEA, presents:
Structures & Systems: Unpacking Power, Privilege, and Systemic Inequity
In this workshop participants will explore individual biases, institutional inequities, and structural racism to develop a comprehensive understanding of how these factors intersect and influence educational outcomes.
All attendees are required to enter their current NJEA pin in order to register for MCCEA events.
All attendees are required to show their current NJEA card for entrance to MCCEA events.
In order to protect members' dues, reservations that are not honored will be billed to the member.
Food donations will be accepted at this event for The Interfaith Food Pantry.
