Note: This auction will be offered in Two Catalogs.
Catalog 1: Lots will begin closing at 2PM and will consist of 4 container loads of new/unused mini excavator, stand-on loaders, golf carts, electric tricycles, shipping containers, skid loader attachments & more.
Catalog 2: Lots will begin closing at 4:30PM and will consist of good mixture of furniture and general household goods.
Location: Items are located at RES Facility – 375 Fry Rd, Wooster, OH 44691
Preview: Items will be available for inspection Monday, October 26thth – Friday, October 30th 9AM – 5PM and Saturday, October 31st 8AM – 1PM.
Pickup/Removal: Items will be available for pickup Tuesday, November 3rd – Saturday, November 7th during RES Office hours: Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM and Saturday 8AM – 1PM.
Terms: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases, and a 6.5% sales tax will apply unless exempt. Acceptable payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit Card (max of $3000), ACH, and Wire Transfer. All invoices must be paid by Thursday, July 30th at 5pm. All items must be Paid-In-Full before removing.
