Celebrate the Spring Equinox with a Kundalini Activation and Sonic Journey, designed to support balance, renewal, and harmony as light and dark come into equilibrium. As the seasons shift, this experience offers a gentle invitation to pause, reset, and reconnect with your natural state of alignment and harmony.

SONIC JOURNEY:

Before the KA transmission, we’ll go into a Sonic Journey - a deeply awakening sound experience featuring Tibetan bowls, crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, percussion, chimes, and subtle soundscapes. This journey supports the body, mind, and spirit in settling and preparing you to receive the Kundalini Activation with greater ease and openness. The vibrations gently soothe the nervous system and harmonise the body’s energetic field, guiding you back into resonance with your natural frequency and a felt sense of alignment, coherence, and wellbeing.

KUNDALINI ACTIVATION:

KA is the process of activating the dormant primal life force energy resting at the base of your spine - awakening your Kundalini (Shakti, Chi, Qi, and the light within). This highly intelligent energy carries a vast spectrum of frequencies that gently yet powerfully release what is unaligned within your mind, body, emotions, energetic field, and life as a whole. Through this activation, you awaken not only your life force but also your inner power and authentic self.

No prior experience is needed. During a session, all you have to do is lie comfortably on a yoga mat, close your eyes, and relax while music is played. The facilitators, working through their own awakened Kundalini energy, create a powerful resonant field that supports the activation and rising of your own Kundalini. At times, they may gently touch or place their hands on specific chakras or energy points to encourage the natural flow of energy through the body.

Your Facilitators:

Florence is a Kundalini Activation and Light Language facilitator, as well as an experienced Energy Healing and Reiki Master dedicated to guiding others through deep energetic transformation and spiritual awakening.

Emma is a Kundalini Activation facilitator and sound healing practitioner who works with energy, sound, and vibration as a pathway to inner remembrance. Believing that sound is a language of the soul, she harnesses its medicinal power to invite emotional release, deep relaxation, and a return to inner harmony and alignment.

These effects may continue to unfold in the days after the ceremony. We recommend giving yourself space for rest and integration.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION:

* Avoid Alcohol and substances, including the use of marijuana, for at least 24 hours prior/after the session.

* Wear comfortable clothing, extra layers

* Ideally, fast (or eat lightly) 2 hours before the session.

* Bring a water bottle.

* Doors will open at 3 pm, so please arrive just before then to get settled in.
