About this Event
Join Legnai for a deeply restorative Equinox Aerial Soundbath & Breathwork in London — an immersive relaxation experience combining the gentle support of aerial hammocks with the soothing vibrations of sound.
Suspended comfortably in your hammock, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften and simply receive. As you settle into stillness, therapeutic sounds, drums, crystal bowls, gongs and tibetan bowls all playing soothing vibrations will create a calming space for you to switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.
This experience is designed to support deep relaxation, stress release, nervous-system rest and inner calm. No aerial or meditation experience is required. The hammocks are used as a supportive space for relaxation.
