Join the Big Bend Environmental Forum’s coalition of 10+ nonprofits for an evening of nonpartisan discussion focused on environmental, energy, sustainability, and growth management issues.This forum is for general election candidates and will cover the following races:
Leon County At-Large Group 2
Leon County Commission Districts 3 and 5
City Commission Seat 4 (Mayor)
FL State House District 9
Federal House District 2
5:15-6pm there will be a candidate meet and greet plus nonprofits tabling, come learn how you can get involved locally🌱
Light refreshments will be provided.
Tom Flanigan, of WFSU, will serve as the moderator.

📍LeRoy Collins Leon County Library (200 W. Park Ave) in program rooms A&B downstairs
⏰ 5:15-6pm Candidate Meet & Greet
⏰ 6-8pm BBEF Forum
Voter registration will be available at the library’s entrance 5:15-6pm. The deadline is 7pm that night!
We will also have campaign yard sign recycling available in collaboration with the League of Women Voters. Find the recycling bin labeled in the hallway, business yard signs can also be recycled.
ADDITIONAL PARKING: There will be signs on Bronough Street, across from the library, indicating additional parking in the Jury’s lot. There is no fee and the gate will raise automatically.
