- 12:00 PM — Introduction Round: Quick, structured introductions so everyone in the room knows who's who within the first 30 minutes.
- 12:45 PM — Ice Breaker Activity: A simple activity that cuts through the awkwardness and gets real conversations going faster than usual.
- 01:15 PM onwards — Open Networking: The rest of the evening is yours. Talk to whoever makes sense. Follow up on whatever came up in the room.
