Join us for the next Entre Nous fundraising event on Sunday, November 15, at the Tallgrass Film Center at the LUX! Doors open at 2:30 PM and the movie begins at 3 PM. We will feature the movie "La Delicatesse". Synopsis: A young Parisian woman finds herself suddenly widowed and subsequently starts a relationship with a Swedish co-worker. Please come when doors open at 2:30 PM to secure your seat and peruse the fundraising items we have available for donation: wine by the glass, a special mocktail, macarons, commemorative WWII booklets, WASC t-shirts, stickers, and more. We will also have a raffle! The money raised will go towards scholarships for WSU students studying in Orleans, France, and other exchanges with our Sister City of Orleans. The movie itself is free and will be subtitled in English, but donations are appreciated even if nothing is purchased.
The Tallgrass Film Center also has beer, soft drinks, popcorn, and other goodies for sale.
After the movie, please consider joining the WASC France Committee for dinner at Vora. Please arrive at Vora around 5:15 PM. Meals are at individual expense. A separate Facebook event will be created for the dinner portion of the event.
Please RSVP by November 12 for the movie, dinner, or both through this a Google form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSetKonh56cD2mpBOaYysHMNxSbWcrK6i439pbmawlgBa-pAzw/viewform
