We use enriched air (Nitrox) on almost every dive when on a dive holiday as it gives you more no decompression time, especially on repetitive scuba dives, so is perfect for a week of diving.It is a great course to do at this time of year as it is classroom based so no need to get wet... Online learning materials followed by an hour in the dive centre to practice analysing cylinders and setting up your dive computer.
