For our final tour of the year, we’re bringing you a true comedy original: Phil Kay, the legendary Scottish storyteller, master of freeform mirth, and one of the most gloriously unpredictable performers on the comedy circuit.

Described by The Scotsman as “unbeatable” when he’s on form, Phil is a comedian who doesn’t just tell jokes — he becomes them. Expect a beautiful mess of daft anecdotes, outrageous adventures, spontaneous silliness, cracking conceptual one-liners and songs made up on the spot. From bizarre encounters around the world to wonderfully twisted observations about everyday life, Phil’s comedy is a wild ride powered by imagination, mischief and an almost supernatural ability to turn a story into a full-blown performance.

And here’s the best part: you don’t need to catch every word to catch the madness. Phil is a physical, animated, wildly expressive performer who brings his stories to life with his entire body. Even if English isn’t your first language, there’s plenty to see, feel and laugh at. B. Amigos dos Animais de Albergaria-a-Velha

AAAAV is a non-profit organization that aims to save, help, protect and shelter animals in Albergaria-a-Velha (Aveiro District). They promote their well-being and responsible adoption.

They currently have around 250 animals in their care (dogs and cats) and need assistance with basic things such as food supplies for the animals, cleaning products for the shelter, as well as medicine, blankets, beds, toys and other things that might make the shelter life easier.
