I’m Kate, a Maths and English tutor specialising in supporting young people with SEND. I homeschool my son and work with students from Year 4 through to GCSE level, including many who receive EOTAS funding from their local authority.I’ve now run my first small-group sessions, and it’s been lovely to see young people learn and spend time together in a relaxed, welcoming setting. The 10 and over group offers practical, hands-on activities, with comfortable seating and beanbags. There are no desks or chairs unless a young person would prefer them.
The next course will run for six weeks, with a one-hour session each week. Groups are kept small, with up to six young people, and activities are shaped around the young people’s interests. Where applicable, we can also work towards EHCP outcomes.
If you’d like to book or find out more, please message me and I’ll send you an application form.
All best wishes,
Kate 😊
