About this Event
Join us for the ENGGEN 784 Capstone Showcase 2026, celebrating the outstanding work completed by postgraduate students through their industry-based capstone projects.
The showcase brings together students, project clients, industry partners, academic staff and prospective students to explore the challenges addressed by each project team, the approaches they adopted, and the practical outcomes developed throughout the semester.
Each project team will deliver a 10-minute presentation, followed by 5 minutes of audience questions and discussion. Presentations will highlight the opportunity or challenge addressed, the project approach and process, the solutions or outcomes developed, and key insights gained from working with industry organisations.
The event is also an opportunity to:
- Connect with project teams, clients and industry partners
- Learn about the diverse projects completed across the ENGGEN 784 cohort
- Understand the real-world value and impact of the capstone programme
- Network with postgraduate students, academics and industry professionals
- Share practical insights with future students
Refreshments will be provided, and prizes will be awarded to standout projects of the semester.
Guests are welcome to arrive from 3:00 PM for networking and informal discussions, with presentations commencing at 3:30 PM.
