HEALING ISN'T ALWAYS ZEN!!Sometimes healing looks like slowing down, breathing deeply, and finding stillness.
And sometimes...it looks like giving yourself permission to be angry, take up space, make some noise, and FEEL.
Engage Your Rage is a 90-minute women's somatic journey created to help you feel safe enough to connect with the powerful feminine energy of RAGE, without judgment, without needing others' validation, and without having to suppress, soften, or justify it.
Through yoga, movement, and vocalization (yes, yelling and swearing are encouraged!), we'll explore what it feels like to give yourself that permission and validation, to feel what you feel, exactly as it is.
And then we soften.
We'll transition into the gentle feminine energy, focusing on self-love and nurturing, soothing your nervous system, and holding your power through flowing somatic movement, breathwork, and meditation.

No yoga or somatic experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are. This experience is about listening to your body, following what feels right for you, and allowing it to move and express - not making your body fit into a pose or prescribed structure.
Women's-only event.
