🌀 Reiki is a modality of gentle hands-on energy work that originates in Japan. Reiki translates to Spiritual Energy or Universal Life Force Energy. During a session I act as a channel for the energy with intention for it to benefit your best and highest good. The energy comes through my hands to your energy system. I offer gentle touch and hovering (no touch or beaming). I communicate with you to make sure I am respecting and honoring your comfort level.
Reiki is a great way to rest, relax, and to process and release emotions and stagnant energies. Reiki has many benefits, uses, and applications.
✨ In an Intuitive Energy Coaching session with me I will utilize my intuition, experience, and available tools and techniques to help you. This session is great for those that are looking to explore their intuitive talents and gifts, have questions and want insights into their energy system, have challenging areas they would like to discuss and explore. In a session I may aide in energetic releases, discuss energetic and spiritual challenges you are facing, offer techniques and methods to soothe your nervous system and energy system, I offer a safe space to speak freely about spiritual, energetic, and paranormal experiences. As an experienced Reiki Master Teacher I may utilize energy scanning and instill Reiki into the environment to help assist and support you. Tools I may use may include tuning forks, sound tools, and Oracle/tarot cards. Techniques I may use may include EFT tapping, breath work, on-the-spot Reiki (not a full session), channel light language, and positive what if questions and affirmations to name a few.
Each session will be unique and individualized and no 2 sessions will be the same. The purpose is to support you on your life's journey. Come as you are.
Payment accepted in cash, Venmo, and PayPal at the time of the appointment.
***Walk-ins are welcome but I will honor scheduled appointments first. Call me at 518-335-6950 to schedule your appointment. Voicemail and text messaging are good as well.
I'm available by appointment beyond the dates listed above. Stay tuned as I add more events throughout the Fall and Winter months.
