About SunCulture
This year’s competition is partnering with SunCulture, a climate-tech company based in Nairobi, Kenya that combines solar-powered irrigation, financing and digital services to help smallholder farmers across Africa increase productivity and build climate resilience. They use off-grid solar technology to provide their customers with reliable access to water, irrigation, lighting, and mobile charging, and we can do all of that with a single system.
Energy in Emerging Markets Case Competition is sponsored by The Duke MBA Energy Club and The James E. Rogers Energy Access Project at Duke.
Part of the Energy Week at Duke University (Nov. 9-13), this event is one of many organized by dozens of students from degree programs across Duke. Learn more about other Energy Week events that might interest you: energyweekatduke.org.
