About this Event
Turn down the outside noise and reconnect
This month's Energy Dynamics class with Lux Healing Arts explores intuition, self-trust, and finding balance through the lens of the Libra New Moon. We'll look at where you may be seeking answers or approval outside yourself and what shifts when you begin listening to your own needs.
Through Human Design, guided reflection, and nervous system practices, we'll explore how intuition shows up for you and create space to notice the subtle signals that can get lost in overthinking.
The New Moon offers a moment to pause and set intentions for how you want to move forward, in your relationships, your choices, and your connection to yourself.
Come get curious about your energy and leave with practical tools to bring that awareness into everyday life. No Human Design or astrology experience needed.
Through the lens of Human Design and the Energy Dynamics Method, we'll explore:
- Where you've been living from conditioning instead of authenticity
- The nervous system's role in decision making and alignment
- The Human Design themes influencing the collective this month
- New Moon intention setting that works with your design chart
- Sound bath to help your body integrate the information you'll learn
Step into fall with clarity and confidence!
