The session includes:

- Giving basic energy advice
- Information and signposting to help maximize income, improve the home's fuel efficency and use energy economically
- How to share this information within your team
The trainer will take you through exercises on how to talk to someone about fuel poverty, giving advice & information and building on your existing skills.
The training is free to attend for anyone working or volunteering in a frontline role with service users, especially the most vulnerable. Everyone will receive a pack of information after the presentation that will enable them to offer information and signpost people to the help they need.
