Vinyasa yoga builds strength, flexibility and balance while calming the mind. Each session may vary in focus and intensity, but always follows a rhythm that allows students to feel grounded, challenged, and refreshed. Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or deepen the practice.
This class is held in English. You’re welcome to bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.
The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.
