About this Event
Join us for an intimate author talk and community conversation with Nat, author of Endo Empathy, alongside Yessenia Sandoval, Founder of Endo Warriors Aotearoa, and Brodie, owner of Aurelia Books.
All three are endo warriors, bringing together lived experience, books, community and honest conversation in a relaxed and welcoming space.
Nat will share more about the experiences that led her to write Endo Empathy, including the emotional realities of living with endometriosis and the self compassion tools that supported her through some of the hardest parts of her journey.
There will also be time for conversation about living with chronic illness, community, connection and why spaces that centre lived experience matter.
This event is open to those with diagnosed endometriosis, suspected endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, chronic pain, support people, whānau, and anyone wanting to better understand the lived experience of endometriosis.
