In this end of summer ceremony we honor THE LIGHT WITHIN and combine yoga to bring the body and mind to present moment awareness and a sound healing to revitalize the body and calm the mind.

including 40 min. gentle vinyasa yoga with Jenny, 30 min. sound healing with Salena & a cooling lavender eye pillow to help relax into the sand.

In the event of inclement weather that causes cancellation, your payment can be used for an upcoming class or will be returned & refunded, your choice : )
*****Bring a big beach blanket (better for beach yoga than a yoga mat) and water!

DIRECTIONS - we will be out in front of the Paradise Grille/ restrooms at Upham Beach. Walk out onto the sand and make a beeline to the water and you will see us set up. Must preregister.
