Join us for the season finale! We are doing this on a Friday as we will be helping the Yuma Crossing National Heritage Center - Yuma East Wetlands with a few projects. Here is a brief summary of just a few of the many projects that Yuma Crossing has accomplished:
*Restoring the East Wetlands: a large riverfront habitat area that has been transformed from overgrown, inaccessible land into a thriving ecosystem with trails and native vegetation.
*Maintenance of East Wetlands
*New expansion of East Wetlands called "Sunset View Wildlife Area"
Yuma Crossing Heritage Center also manages the historic Yuma Crossing park and historic territorial prison.
We are honored to partner with Invenergy, Yuma Crossing Heritage Park and Yuma Union School District 1.
