Encore Sushi Grand Opening Celebration

Encore Sushi celebrates its grand opening on Friday, October 23, at 112 S Cedros Ave in Solana Beach, at the entrance to the Cedros Design District and steps from the world-famous Belly Up Tavern. The celebration kicks off at 4 PM with a ribbon-cutting hosted by the Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce. Come meet Chef James La and partner Chris West and try the sashimi, nigiri and Fresh Cuts signature rolls. Drinks and chef's samples available.
