Encore Springfield: The Annual Affair returns to the Grand Ballroom at the Sheraton Springfield for Vol. 2 — an elevated year-end celebration built around culture, connection, community, music, and unforgettable moments in the heart of the city. This year’s theme is Shades of Burgundy — a rich, stylish color direction that sets the tone for a night of elegance, warmth, and celebration.
This is more than a night out. It’s a full experience designed to bring Springfield together in a setting that feels polished, intentional, and memorable from the moment you walk in. Guests can expect a rich evening atmosphere, stylish décor, photo-worthy moments, great food, curated music, special entertainment, and a room full of people ready to close out the year the right way.
The full Dinner Experience will feature cocktail hour, dinner, music, community, and premium event moments throughout the night. For those looking to join later, the Afterparty Experience will keep the energy going with a late-night social atmosphere, curated sounds, and the same elevated Encore feel.
And yes — come dressed to impress. This year, we’re turning the style up another level with a Best Dressed Competition, giving guests another reason to step into the room with confidence.
Whether you’re joining us for dinner, the afterparty, or the full Encore experience, there’s a place for you in the room.
For Springfield, by Springfield.
