We will be selling Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Plates to help pay for dance fees. Plates will be available for pickup at our house on Saturday, November 7th from 12pm-6pm at whatever time you choose. For $9 you will get a plate with 3 stacked Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas made with corn tortillas, topped with cheese and onion with rice and beans on the side.
Back by popular demand, we will also be offering Enchilada Casseroles for $45. Casseroles are a 9 x 13 pan of stacked green chile and chicken enchiladas made with corn tortillas, topped with cheese and onion and provides 8 servings. The casseroles will be cold on pickup and will need to be heated up or frozen.
