Enable Saving Plan Meeting

Nebraska’s Enable program was passed into law in May of 2015 authorizing individuals with disabilities to open tax-exempt savings accounts to save for disability-related expenses without impacting eligibility for resource-based benefits. Recently there have been several improvements and changes to the program requirements including extending the age of initial disability to age 26.
