En Plein Air Workshop is held inside the Potawatomi Conservatory, one of South Bend's few indoor spaces where you can paint from life surrounded by lush, living plants year-round. This basics course will teach you how to see the scene like a painter! We'll use watercolor to learn, but the skills apply no matter what medium you paint in.Alexandra Hibshman, a former K-12 educator, breaks down the challenging material so it makes sense to everyone in the room, no matter where you are starting from.
This class is an addition to the En Plein Air Club held at the conservatories each month, so you can practice your skills year-round!
