Dr. Mini Rattu- The Confidence Shift: Reclaiming the Woman Beneath Survival
Mini brings a neuroscience-informed, embodied perspective to confidence, exploring how stress and the nervous system shape identity, connection, decision-making, and the way we move through the world.
Through personal story, practical science-backed tools, and nervous system reset, she will help attendees recognize the difference between surviving and truly living, reconnect with a more authentic version of themselves.
Elee Joven- The Culture You Carry
Elee brings the lens of cultural intelligence, exploring how culture, expectations, belonging, and the environments we move through influence the way we understand ourselves, relate to others, communicate, and lead.
Together, these perspectives create a larger conversation about who we have become, what has shaped us, and what we want to choose next.
