- Please bring anything to make you comfortable, yoga mats, blankets and tea will be provided.
- Let me know in advance if you have any health conditions, recent procedures, or anything I should be aware of to support your comfort and safety.
- Free parking is available on site, on street round the corner on Wellington Hill and Sainsburys/ Costa, across the bridge.
