Empowering the Next Generation of Trades
The kitchen and bath industry is growing rapidly, and the demand for skilled trades professionals has never been higher! To meet this crucial need, the NKBA Central Florida Chapter (CFC) is thrilled to partner with Scouting America and Pinellas Technical College (PTC) to showcase the incredible opportunities available in skilled labor.
We invite all our members to bring their high-school-aged kids, family members, or anyone of any age looking to forge a lucrative, hands-on career path. Just come to see all of the trade opportunities available for young people today!
What to Expect at the PTC Open House
Join us for an exciting evening of discovery, where you can see real skills and real career options come to life. As highlighted in our event graphic, "Skilled Trades Day - Banner - (1880 x 940 px).png", attendees will be able to dive right into the action:
- See hands-on career programs in action.
- Tour state-of-the-art labs, classrooms, and training spaces.
- Meet expert instructors and chat with current PTC students.
- Learn about financial aid and enrollment processes.
- Explore training paths for today's most in-demand careers.
- Watch students put their skills to work with live demonstrations.
- Enjoy free haircuts, health screenings, and a lighting and music demonstration.
