Join us for Empower - a week of sports, exercise and fun. OPEN to all women, trans and non-binary identifying students at UoN and FREE for all, come and try a new sport, have a go at lifting or meet some new people.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned boxer, this event is open to all levels. Don't miss out on this opportunity to have a great time and meet new people!
