About this Event

Join us for an introductory Self-Preservation workshop designed to equip you with essential skills, knowledge, and practical techniques for personal safety.

This workshop will be led by Gabby Vergara, an Equinox Personal Trainer and highly accomplished martial artist. Gabby is a certified Escrima instructor, a 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo (Master of Taekwondo), and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Combat Hapkido. With her extensive background and expertise, she brings a wealth of experience to help participants build confidence and capability.

Throughout the session, participants will learn fundamental techniques such as striking, blocking, and other foundational movements—all taught in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
