This will be kid AND adult friendly, so we will do a daytime Trick or Treat Potluck in Horner Park. Everyone should attend in costume. There is no fee to attend, but attendees are asked to bring at least 15-20 prepackaged goods to share. These can be candy, food, toys, or adult beverages.DOGE will set up music and a big circle, and each household will set up at a spot around the circle. Throughout the event, attendees can go around the circle to play games and trick or treat for the other items.
There will be a costume contest for prize(s) and a virtual vote to determine the winner. Must be present at 3:30 to enter the costume contest, winner announced at 4:00.
