EMPO Landlord Development Day 2027
Following the fantastic feedback from our last Landlord Development Day, we are bringing the event back for 2027.
This time, the Landlord Development day will be built around practical workshops, industry updates, live demonstrations and landlord how-to sessions, giving you the opportunity to get expert guidance, ask questions and leave with information you can actually use.
Throughout the day, you’ll be able to choose from sessions covering topics including:
- Register My Rental Property – practical workshop and guidance
- Damp & Mould – how to respond to and tackle reports effectively
- EPC C – update on proposed requirements, cost caps and exemptions
- Making Tax Digital (MTD) – what landlords need to know
- HHSRS – a practical how-to for landlords
- Buying & Selling Rental Property – what to consider and how to prepare
- Possession – latest developments and practical guidance
- Property Licensing – workshop and landlord responsibilities
- Dispute Resolution – dealing with problems before they escalate
- Property Technology – demonstrations of tools that could save landlords valuable time
You’ll also have the opportunity to meet EMPO suppliers and industry specialists, ask questions about your own properties and circumstances, and network with fellow landlords.
There will be lunch, snacks and refreshments included.

FREE PARKING FOR ALL DELEGATES - All vehicles will need to registered on arrival into the venue. A code will be provided on event registration.
